An English adage says “Ignorance is not an excuse in the court of law”. Most times it is quite expedient we know the rules and regulations of how institutions work and if they work, how they operate. The Federal Road Safety Commission has released its fine list of rules and if you are found wanting, you have to pay or better still have your car compound. We bring to you some FRSC fine lists and how much to pay in case you found yourself breaking such.
