The Corbelli ‘Missile’ is a hypercar that aims to write history. Created by the Corbellatis, a family of artists and designers, for their latest art project, they are collectively building a 9.0 V8-engined hypercar that can produce 1,800 hp, with a top speed over 500 km/h (310 mph).
For now, there is only a set of preview photographs available of theCorbellii ‘missile’. The hypercar measures 4.67 meters long, and 2.04 meters wide, and almost every component is made out of carbon fiber. The ‘world’s fastest car’s’ design is reminsicent of the iconic Ferrari ‘P4’, and the Ginetta ‘G40’ track car. The ‘missile’ is powered by a 9.0 liter bi-turbo V8 engine that sends 1,800 hp and a monstrous 2,350 Nm of torque to the rear wheels.
The sheer power combined with the high downward pressure must, according to the Italian-automaker, be sufficient to reach a top speed over 500 km / h (310 mph), which would shoot it above the Koenigsegg ‘Agera RS’, and the Hennessey Venom ‘F5’, in it’s bid to claim first place for speed.
