Nissan Vice President, Peyman Kargar, on a visit to Nigeria at the company’s Nigeria Headquarters in Victoria Island, Lagos, met and discussed with the DG, NADDC, Jelani Aliyu, MFR on the multinational Japanese corporation’s commitment to collaborate even closer with the NADDC towards growing its already established automobile production in Nigeria.
They then visited the company’s plant in Lagos. Nissan and its Nigerian partner, Stallion, at the 380-hectare plant in Lagos, already produce four of the company’s vehicles: the Patrol, Almera, NP 300 Pick Up and Urban Mini Bus.
Nissan and NADDC discussed areas of collaboration in efforts towards growing the company’s footprint and supporting the development of the nation’s Automotive Sector.
