Lagos Lockdown: Lagos Police Inspect Markets And Buses To Ensure Compliance

In a bid to make sure that the directive on the Lagos Shutdown, Social distancing, and closing of markets and other places are fully compiled and adhere to, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Hakeem Odumosu and the Commander of the Rapid Response Squad of the Lagos State Police Command, DCP Tunji Disu are ensuring that markets, supermarkets, and commercial buses comply with the Lagos State Government’s directives in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

It will be recalled that on Tuesday, the Lagos State governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced that the state will be a lockdown in order to checkmate the widespread of the Corona Virus in the state.

The Police were at Yaba and some major places to see that social distancing are observing in all places incluing the BRT buses.
