Work Commences On Sango Ota-Ijoko-Akute-Alagbole Road

Ogun State Government has released visuals from the ongoing construction and rehabilitation work at Sango Ota-Ijoko/ Alagbole Akute in the state.

According to a press release by the government, Engineers are currently working at the Sango Ota-Ijoko-Akute-Alagbole road, whose reconstruction project has been divided into phases.

We are currently working on Ijoko Ota bridge down to the Abule area as construction work extends further towards Gas-line and the Itoki area which forms part of the ongoing phase that is 8.5km long.

We assure our people that as a government, we would continue to make their welfare and well-being a major priority, just as we have done in the last four years.

The Sango Ota-Ijoko-Akute-Alagbole road is known to be one of the worst roads in the state, despite being the main connecting road to other parts of the state yet it is not motorable.
