The Minister of Works, Housing and Power Babatunde Raji Fashola on an unscheduled inspection tour of the Emergency Repairs by Federal Ministry of Works, Power and Housing at Ijora Olopa towards East Link on Eko Bridge. He sure caught them unawares.. See the pictures below..
