The Lagos State has sealed a mosque in Agege, an urban area in Lagos for violating the social distancing, religious gathering and stay at home policy.
According to a report by the state government, Agege LGA officials have sealed up the Agege Central Mosque in the area for violating the state government’s order on a religious gathering in the fight against the spread of the coronavirus pandemic… they used the opportunity to disinfect the area.
It will be recalled that Pres Buhari in his broadcast on Sunday ordered the total lockdown of 3 states which are Lagos, Abuja and Ogun States to curtail the spread of the coronavirus in the country.
