May 27th is set aside as children’s day all over the world, in celebrating this, the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) received two pupils into their office, they met with the General Manager of LASTMA, Engr. Jide Oduyoye where he explained some of the duties of LASTMA and encourage the children to always be of good behaviour and always obey the traffic light.
The pupils were taken to different units of the agency from where they interacted and were shown how they work and how they operate.

Lagos State Traffic Management Authority is a Lagos State-owned agency under the Ministry of Transportation.[1][2] The agency was established on the 15th of July, 2000 to transform the state transportation system to ensure free flow of traffic in the state and also reduce road accidents
The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA for short, is a traffic management agency in Lagos State, Nigeria, that was created by the former governor of the State, Asiwau Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in July, 2000 to help maintain the level of sanity on Lagos major roads.
