We cannot enforce a non parking law for petrol tanker, we are not armed – LASTMA GM
The General Manager of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) Wale Musa, was on Radio this morning to talk about the traffic gridlock experienced in Apapa, Lagos and other adjourning roads in the state.
