Lagos has come a long way, especially during the colonial days. Lagos is a home to the colonial masters this is because of its proximity to the Lagos Lagoon and also its a home of colonization according to them. These pictures are gotten from the archives of the Time Magazine and we can’t but marvel at the uniqueness of Lagos in the 1800s, especially when the whites are at the helm of power in Lagos. One thing is evident here, there is an organization in the city and also the streets were neat and life is sweet!!! The good old days.
Which of these places do you remember? Let the old men speak while the young lad listen (LOL)
