The city of New York which is the venue 74th Session of the United Nations General Assembly is currently under total locked down with heavy security. A total number of 196 head of states from different countries around the world are in New York including Nigeria’s President, Pres. Muhammadu Buhari.

New York is the headquarter of the United Nations Assembly and yearly, it hosts heads of states to deliberate on issues affecting the world and map out a strategic solution through dialogue, networking and also using the opportunity to draw investors to various countries.

According to Simon Ateba, the founder of  Today News Africa who was in New York City covering the event, he released these images and he tagged it, the city of New York under total lockdown.
