Work Resumes At The Abandoned Agege Pen Cinema Bridge – Photos

Just as a Biblical phrase that says “the vision is yet for an appointed time, though it tarries, it will not lie but will surely come to pass”. Such can be said for residents of Pen-Cinema in Agege. Pen Cinema road  has been a pain for all road users either you trek or you are driving, this spot will likely make you have some discomfort. The project which was kick-started by former governor, Akinwunmi Ambode was to link Pen Cinema to other places like Iju, Fagba and other roads that are close by, ordinarily, this project ought to have been completed as it is at its 70% completion stage but we are surprised to see it abandoned. 

It will be recalled that on Sunday, Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu declared a state of emergency on all Lagos roads, this according to him is necessary and timely as the roads are bads and people are going through tough times.

HiTech Construction has commenced work and do hope it will completed on time and this time commissioned to the public.
