Rehabilitation Work Commences On Ajaokuta Bridge Expansion Joints, See The New Look

The Federal Ministry of works has commenced on the expansion joint of the Ajaokuta Bridge, Kogi State. It will be recalled that passengers and users of this road called on the federal government for immediate action after the bridge was said to that expanded and left with gaps which makes it difficult for vehicles to navigate and pass through.

The Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, a ministry that was headed by Mr. Babatunde Fashola has gone ahead to fix the bridge and make some covers over the bridge for easy passage. According to reports, this bridge has been in this state since 2019 when the expansion joint was made open like this.
