See The Moment When The Wreckage Of The Helicopter That Killed 3 People In Ikeja Was Evacuated (PHOTOS)

The ill-fated helicopter crash that occurred over the weekend with three people reportedly dead still leave many in shock on how the crash occurred with many still asking questions over the crash.

According to government officials, a helicopter Bell 206 with registration number 5N-BQW belonging to Quorum Aviation crashed into a building in the area. The incident occurred at about 12. 30pm, at 16A Salvation Road, Opebi, Lagos.

Meanwhile, Quorum Aviation has identified the three victims of the accident. It noted that those aboard the crashed helicopter are its crew members. This was contained in a statement issued by the company after the crash on Friday.

The Lagos State Emergency Management Authority (LASEMA) has recovered the wreckages of the Helicopter with the aid of the Hiab and evacuated from the incident scene to Accident Investigation Bureau, AIB, Office, Muritala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, for further investigation.
